The late David Barrett, interior designer, had owned this derelict townhouse in West Greenwich Village for 25 years. He had a falling out with the Architect of Record and we administered the construction and made modifications to this complete gut renovation. The ground floor is a retail space; the upper floors hold two duplex apartments.
