This is a complete gut renovation of the apartment. You will see in the photos, the apartment had a 1960’s interior which was totally changed. Gloria Feldman, the interior designer, and I worked with the clients and the contractor, Zoom Contracting, to create a beautiful modern apartment. The wood flooring was laid on a diagonal to enlarge the rooms. We created a coffered ceiling in the Living Room with integrated lighting and opened up the Kitchen to the Living Room to make the rooms more interactive and spacious. The cabinetry was custom designed.
