This apartment design was for a young, professional couple. They wanted to modernize the living space by rearranging the rooms, opening up the apartment floor plan to allow for more light throughout, installing new wood flooring, base and crown moldings, and new cabinets.
The Kitchen was made larger, new cabinets installed, and a new stone countertop selected with a linear mosaic backsplash. All Wolf appliances were integrated in the design.
The Guest Bathroom was renovated to include a frameless shower, new plumbing fixtures, lights & finishes.
Custom features include radiator covers and window valances created specifically for this apartment, as well as a custom cabinet to house the husband’s Hindu deities and religious paraphernalia.
