We designed a new Theater and a home gym with a locker room / toilets inside an existing squash court. A mezzanine was created in the double-height over the new Gym. The theme of the new theater was Art Deco. This is a sketch of the railing at the Mezzanine done in black iron with a polished brass rail and polished brass ring accents.
