The owner had a 600 sq. ft. single-story ranch. We designed and renovated the house to create a new larger house with an Entry Hall, Powder Room, Family Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom and Bath, and a new double-height Living Room with a deck and sleeping mezzanine. A hydro-radiant floor was installed in the Living Room with the hot water for the house supplied by an on-demand gas heater.
