“I first met Jeffrey Jordan, Architect in 1993 when I was working for Glaros Renovation Inc. and we renovated the loft of Sam Newhouse. Since then, I worked at Mesta Restoration Inc., then formed my own company, Zoom Contracting Inc. Over the years and through these transitions, Jeffrey and I have worked on over 32 apartment renovations together.
He designed the renovation of my house by removed a bearing wall running down the center of the house and replaced it with a steel flitch beam hidden in the ceiling. We extended the house towards the back yard to create a breakfast nook in the kitchen. We raised the roof and created three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the 2nd floor and redesigned the front of the house. Jeffrey Jordan’s design, vision, and knowledge as an architect is outstanding!”

Jeffrey was the architect who redesigned our house when it was rebuilt after a fire.
